All prices include a weekly linen change. Extra linen changes and cleaning can be arranged on request.

Airport transfers can be arranged.

Any part week will be charged at the applicable rate pro rata.

Further 10% reduction is available if rental is paid in full, 16 weeks before departure.

Car rental available through Autos Lido.

Deposit
50% upon reserving apartment (peak periods).
25% upon reserving apartment (non peak periods).
Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

Breakages / Security Deposit
A £500 deposit is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys…etc.
This will be refunded to you after your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.

Cancellation Policy
50% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks.
75% charged if cancelled within 2 weeks.
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.
(Deposit retained whenever cancelled).
